Where can I report abusive/inappropriate users?
I recently received a message from a spam user named: bonnietg243 (http://mirror.codeforces.com/profile/bonnietg243). He sent me an inappropriate link as a message.
Being almost new to Codeforces, I don't know how to report users or report messages so as to remove them from this platform. This is the message:
