Inconsistency in ranking system for virtual participation
I participated in a div 2 virtual contest today. The ranking system while clicking on standings is the standard way of adding current points. Like this: 
But when I clicked on the # sign, the virtual participation rank was calculated according to the rules of educational rounds (extended ACM-ICPC) 
Is it a glitch?
