Hello everyone! I’ve noticed many people in the community have claimed their Meta Hacker Cup t-shirts but are still waiting for them to arrive. I was in the same boat, but I finally managed to get mine by contacting the right people after 3 months.

While there are several support emails listed online, **metaswag@nadel.com** is the one that actually resolved the issue for me. Just email them with the screenshot of the confirmation mail from Nadel Stores, and the claim code from your Hacker Cup profile.

UPDATE: I got to know that the other emails, such as **hackercup@meta.com** and **support@nadel.uk.com**, are also responding sometimes, so another way could be to email these as well each week until you get the FedEx mail.
