A friend of mine, known on Codeforces as i_am_extremely_dumb, is in urgent need of assistance.

His original account was recently compromised: the intruder changed both the registered email address and the password, leaving him locked out entirely. That account represents countless hours of dedication—it stores his contest history, rating progress, and the hard work he’s invested in improving his problem-solving skills.

Unable to access the normal recovery channels, he has asked me to write a blog about this to get support.

If there is any process by which he can verify his identity and regain control—whether by providing the old email, recalling previous passwords, listing recent contests, or any other details—he is more than willing to comply.
