Another year, another TST.

Now that I'm in university, I can "accidentally" "forget" to go to school, so expect scoreboard streams from the very beginning this time around. Still autistic as ever.

Top 32 in Vietnamese Olympiad in Informatics 2026 + APIO25 contestants who are still eligible for this year will compete in 2 competition days. Top 15 progresses to APIO.

IOI26 selection score = TST26 Day1 score + TST26 Day2 score + APIO26 score. Top 4 contestants will be Vietnam's representatives for IOI26 should things not go wrong

Another year, and another IOI is quickly approaching. The residential IOI maniac has returned, this time with non-zero contribution to the IOI community in one way or another.

Discuss about things here. Problem solutions. Funny things. Feedbacks that the organizing committees would really be dying to know about.

According to the schedule, the date of the competition days will be:

Practice Session: 10:00 — 12:00 July 28

Competition Day 1: 10:00 — 15:00 July 30

Competition Day 2: 10:00 — 15:00 August 1

For the next 2 days (March 26-27, 2025), Vietnamese TST will take place. Top 15 contestants will advance to APIO. Amongst top 15, top 4 when ranked by TST+APIO score will make it to the IOI.

I will be present at the scoreboard room to wait for the results (and preferably enter full autistic fanboy mode) at around 01:00 of the day1 contest and 02:45 for Day2. Expect a livestream of the scoreboard room. Problems will probably be "leaked" here eventually.

Last year, a grand total of 0 discussion blogs for the IOI appeared, and around 0 discussions on the tasks were made (despite possibly the most (comparatively) interesting problemset since....2016/2018 or something). For this year, I'd like to take matters into my own hands and open this blog.

Dump things here. Predictions. Links for live scoreboards. Writeup for tasks the way it have been for 20217/2019/2021 or something. Problemsetters coming out (not like that, I mean, the way Pajaraja did in 2021 (for Fountain Parks) or E869120 (for Prisoner Challenge)......or the at least 15 times people have done that. Still think that the lack of discussion of IOI2023 tasks was really sad — actually had to resort to shitty translated Luogu blogs for that.
