Suggestion for a Fresher

I started my competitive programming journey just last year and I completed my B.Sc course this year. Now I have taken a decision to continue my competitive programming journey more 2 years along with my job. now I am 25 years old. will it be better that I took the decision to continue my computer programming journey more 2-3 years or I will give this time in in others platforms like AI, developing something like this??? Which will be better for my career???please suggest ==================

I can solve problem in practise time from 800-1400 but i can not solve problem in the contest even easy problem. What should I do now???

Same problem i can solve after the contest easily. I get so much stressed at the time of contest. What should I do for this situation. Plzzz suggest
