I can solve problem in practise time from 800-1400 but i can not solve problem in the contest even easy problem. What should I do now???

Same problem i can solve after the contest easily. I get so much stressed at the time of contest. What should I do for this situation. Plzzz suggest

From cfviz, I can clearly see that you have solved lots of 1100/1200 but not enough 1300/1400. From my experience, I became a pupil by solving 100+ 1300/1400. So, don't give up. Solve more 1300/1400.

We all can solve problems above our heads in practice time. Challenge is time and concentration: it's hard to be fully focused 2-3 hours. Sometimes even half of that time.

Practice to solve 10 of the problems you've already solved (A or B) in 1 hour.

    Brother I have weakness in some particular topics. I am trying to overcome this. But may you tell me any way to come out from this stress at the time of contest.???

      I'm assuming that this stress is coming from the prospect of losing rating or getting a low rank on the scoreboard. It can be demoralizing to see everyone else solving difficult tasks while you're stuck on the first problem.

      I find it helpful to think of it this way— a contest you do poorly on shows you more clearly what you need to improve on, and provides you with problems to practice those skills. You can always regain rating in a later contest— for now, just try to solve problems and have fun. A single contest doesn't define your coding career.

Do virtual contests brother. And obviously while solving from Bugabooset, plz remove problem tags from settings. Thus you can feel like you're in a real contest... And keep trying...

Learn more knowledge , take virtual tests , and get a good command of more mathmatical models . The last , train your ability of solving problems quickly.

P.S.

I can get into the first 10% in China but I also have the same problem .
