As shannuvk has been recently banned because of 3 skipped contests, I request banning FCI Kafrelsheikh University's topper. The Cheat ART Mhmd_Bakr, he has also 3 skipped contests and previously banned accounts as mohamedbakr or even accounts skipped >= 4 but not yet banned as AlgoTurtle. It's just what I don't get, how shannuvk gets banned and they leave that bakr spoiling the platform from different accounts. I previously mentioned he is in total skipped >= 13 times from different accs. It's also evident upon seeing his codes that he is an obfuscator. There're many blogs on this account proving his cheat and many other approvals that Mhmd_Bakr is a cheater like this one by a Master. And he is even worse than shannuvk. So please ban Mhmd_Bakr. My comment with this request had 29 upvotes in less than an hour. So it's high time to BAN Mhmd_Bakr. THANKS! ✪ω✪

Cheaters are a disgrace! How such an obfuscator Mhmd_Bakr becomes an expert? His old account mohamedbakr has been banned before due to his cheating. I see his cheat art developed so much that he became an expert!

I really wonder when such a cheater gets banned he cheated thru different accounts and got skipped 12 times and of course he cheated last div3 that got him a promotion to expert spoiling the competition for fair contestants.

He told MinaRagy06 on a facebook group before that he does so (obfuscates so "people don't hack him" and tried to fakingly justify his FST for a soln 191590427 he cheated from YT video and said words ("I tried randomly the inversion count") and the problem has nothing to do with inversion count, but rather MOD inverse (Mina told me that story on a codeforces message)

I think this clearly indicates he is a cheater who didn't even understand the algorithm or what he copied and didn't know anything about the problem's topic combinatorics and modulo arithmetic)

And also spreading misinformation celebrating his cheat achievements on LinkedIn.

I really can't understand why vote changed from positive to -31 on this and my contribution still +127. Most of downs are temp accs. As the respected master aymanrs mentioned before there. The just finished leetcode weekly contest. Why on earth problem D had higher Accept rate than C though D is supposed to be harder as leetcode arranges according to difficulty ?

Yet, in his contests bar, Though it shows he solved 2, The rating change is still +87 and rank 1842 as if he had solved 3 and new rating 1345. Please, re-update this cheater's rank or skip his all 3 solutions so he gets penalised for his wrong doings! It may have also happened for other cheaters who had been skipped manually. Thanks! ✪ω✪

I previously warned this shameless creature Mhmd_Bakr along with his cheater friends like Elsaghir in that blog. Yet, he seems finding words difficult to understand O.O. He obfuscated and cheated again in the most recent round #841 disrupting the leaderboards adding useless comments and his characteristic useless classes as color.cyan() in his submissions. I started coding after discovering about MikeMirzayanov's history in cp and his great codeforces platform that inspired me and thousands of competitive programmers all over the world, so to honor him, I made a drawing of him. Thank you MikeMirzayanov for inspiring me to begin learning such an incredible subject and your efforts to keep codeforces a fair environment skipping and banning cheaters.

This user Mhmd_Bakr has cheated very badly that he became specialist, he only obfuscates his code and it is obvious since he adds huge number of useless comments and strange code with color.white(), color.cyan() , unnecessary classes and STLs as in submissions; 182524617 ,and last round : 1764C 182697157. He even got skipped verdicts before due to cheating in div2 #833 with 180653605 , 180635849. I wonder what he and the one he cheats from gain from this?

Nevertheless, this cheater had a previous account named AlgoTurtle and had been PLAGGED 4 times due to cheating. You can find similar template, obfuscation style in both accounts, take for example 176022369 and 175641827. Also, both accounts had been assigned to the same organization; FCI Kafrelsheikh University, but he removed from AlgoTurtle, but still there in Mhmd_Bakr. He cheats in almost all the rounds but gets caught in 10% only with his new account Mhmd_Bakr, became an experienced cheater and plag evader xD, so that's the reason I have written the blog as I hope to contribute to cleansing the codeforces community from those idiotic cheaters as they really harm other hardworking people's rank and effort.

Really, cheating does wonders in only 11 contests, he managed to be a specialist WOW ! Also, why false positives take place like that BLOG for silvermax and on the other hand, cheaters continue cheating from multiple accounts without getting penalised? why there isn't an IP BAN not only an account ban to avoid those cheaters spoiling the community every now and then?

Of course Cheating in problem D was so evident since it is the same python code, but not only D was leaked in python, problem C was also leaked in c++ and below you can find almost same solutions OBFUSCATING their codes to fool the system
