Here is a quick update on the HydroOJ Translation project. In short, the project aims to translate problems written in Chinese in HydroOJ to English.

We are planning to first translate problems from the CCF competitions. This include but not limit to: CSP, NOIP, and NOI past problems.

Now is a good time to make open source contributions! Thanks to Hacktoberfest, a T-shirt will be for you if you send 4 pull request to any Github repositories in October!

Non-chinese speakers can also help translate by using google translate to first understand the problem and then rewriting it in proper english.

Here is the form contribution we are looking for:

1. Translate a problem that has not been translated previously. We will modify it if it does not conform to the expected format.
2. Save the files to the correct path and send a pull request.

Hello. I am a developer from the HydroOnlineJudge team, and I want to collect opinions in regard of translation of problems.

HydroOnlineJudge is a Chinese online judge system, which contains over ten thousand problems written in Chinese (some were collected from other sites).

These problems have not received any submissions from other countries. We are planning to provide English translations to these problems for the convenience of foreign users.

I wonder whether this is a meaningful project (Will it be helpful to you?), since the number of problems to be translated is huge and we currently do not have enough translators. If you are interested in helping us or have any suggestions, please join our discord server(https://discord.gg/NBMcXNaU).
