Chat, have we stopped rating the problems from previous contests?

Ratings for the problems of Codeforces Round 1093 (Div. 2) (and all others after that) haven't been updated till now, it's been 46 days!

For the past 3-4 weeks the carrot extension isn't working?

Does anyone know why?

Since the last few days, I can't access any submissions. I can't even view my own submissions. It just shows " Page is temporarily blocked by administrator ". I have to turn on my VPN to access the submissions.

Is this an isolated case? If not, can someone do something about this? Idek who to tag for this.
