Inspired by ChaosAngel, what was the easiest D1E/F you have ever seen?

I just noticed that CF1648E has an easier approach , using Boruvka's algorithm.

Can anyone prove that the run time of this algorithm is O(ElogV)?

I am currently a high school student and an olympiad participant.

It may sounds silly , but I just wonder , what's the meaning of doing CP? One of my seniors once told me , many algorithms which are well-known for competitive-programmers turned out to be useless in reality.

I love CP , but is it really worthy to spend so much time doing it?

So , how to improve my English?

Hello Codeforces Community! I am Yifan Bao from China. I started to do cp about 2 years ago.

I think I solved many problems. Some of them are hard , such as div1 DEF , but I often read the tutorial when solving these hard problems. I also learned a lot of algorithms.

I find it hard for me to reach master or higher levels. Also I always cannot solve logic problems(I cannot express it well , maybe constructive algorithms?). Am I not talented? Are there any methods that can help me improve my skills quickly? Thanks in advance!
