You have been preparing for months and it's finally here: the last week before the competition. What should you do? There are a few scenarios that come in mind:

• Just relax for a week so you are well rested for the contest
• Keep practicing until the day of the contest
• Keep practicing until 2-3 days before the contest

Which do you think it's best? Please share any advice you can give. Not only for me, but for all of the competitors.
