For 10+ days now, Codeforces Round 743 (Div. 2) has been stuck on 98% system testing.

Why would a 4 year old round even need to rerun system tests? How has it gone unnoticed for over 10 days? I only discovered it because I'm running a discord bot and I keep on getting logs about it:

18-11-2025 04:19:25:WARNING:RanklistCache:Ranklist fetch failed for contest 1573. CodeforcesApiError('Codeforces API error. There is nothing you or the Admins of the Discord server can do to fix it. We need to wait until Mike does his job.')

I don't suppose that this is related to the queue issues, but the reason that it has been stuck on 98% is that a bunch of submissions have been stuck on Running on test X (filter by Running verdict to see for yourselves https://mirror.codeforces.com/contest/1573/status/page/1?order=BY_JUDGED_DESC)
