How To Improve at Competitive Programming (From Top Competitors)

I got the chance recently to ask some top Codeforces + USACO competitors how to improve at competitive programming. The trick? Keep sending them messages. Many will block you, but some will respond!

I've combined their responses into a video, including the likes of scanhex and tmwilliamlin168. Hopefully, you can apply it to improve your own rating.
