FAQ
Any comments or suggestions are welcome :)
Your statistics are great, thank you for the effort! I would make one suggestion: maybe it's better to make less divisions in some charts with few accepteds, you would get more continuous graphs that better represent tendencies. For instance, one can see a nice distribution for Div1-A but not for Div1-C, which just looks totally random; doing less divisions may decrease variance and smooth the graph. However, I insist, very nice statistics!
Thank you for the comment!
Let's try to change division size in scores graph.
Initial Div size is 10 :
Div size 20 :
Div size 30 :
Which modification looks better?
In my opinion 10 is better for A (you can see some very fast coders and there is still a nice distribution), but 30 would be better both for D (I don't know if it's my imagination but I can see an increasing tendency from 1800 up to 1300 that you don't see as much with size 10-20) and E (which just looks 'empty' with smaller sizes). However, it's very reasonable to have other opinions and that certainly changes from round to round
about Div-1 B problem, if there are 80
Hacked
submissions, the no of successful hacks on it should also be 80, right? so how can there be +85Hacks
on it? o.Oplz correct me if i am wrong.
85 successful hacks were made, but 5 of them were resubmitted and passed to next phase.
