Well first of all, the author who had no knowledge of the situation should not be made the part of this wrath. It was not his mistake as such his blog should not be downvoted and actually shame on the people who are celebrating that he has reached the lowest contribution ( You are just celebrating other misery for the mistake he was not directly involved in).

Secondly, for the author who made the blunder has accepted his fault publicly. I am not saying we should not condemn him for what he did but I think this community is a bit too harsh. Yes, it might have wasted 2 hours of your life but that's it. Nothing else.
