When I open some other coder's profile, there is * beside his name, which can be clicked to add him as a friend. But later, I could not find any place where I can know whom I have added as friends.... What am I missing here?

You can just view list of your friends which are participating in some contest.

I think there should be a 2 different things: friendlist and watchlist.
Watchlist is already realized (but only the function of watching the watchlist isn't realized). IMHO, whatchlist should be private.
Friendlist? It could be public if the user wants. But for what? We have InContacts and TheFaceBooks for that. :)
So we just need to see our own watchlist.
