CODECHEF retarded cheating

Why would anyone give contests on codechef if this is a regular practice? I noticed masssive cheating and didn't give last 2 3 contests there. But today I saw this. Should I give contests there or is it just a waste of time (& demotivating too)?

The last few questions had more cheaters than correct solvers.

But codechef has plag check, just wait for it.

      Simply adding comments and modifications will not pass, so don't worry about this.

      I wonder why they continue to cheat even when unrated though, maybe it's become a habit.
