I would advocate not putting too much blame on the first time cheaters. They have already been duly punished and it is the repeat offenders who really need to be banned.
How much time do you spend commenting on codeforces blogs each day?
I guess 2~3 hours? I don't know exactly. I sometimes just spend time browsing randomly and just end up on codeforces
You should not be spending 3 hours commenting on codeforces blogs.
that was a very rough estimate. actual time would be less than that. still, I do think it is a lot and I am trying to gradually reduce time on CF.
What is something that you love about yourself? And what is something you think you could improve?
Well, If I had to choose one thing I love about myself, it would be the patience and strength that helped me cope with issues. I feel though that I am sometimes quite immature (i.e. irrational) so I think I should improve on that.

Are you planning to participate in the IOI?
Couldn't participate in selection exams (I am too weak) and from next year I will be in uni. So basically I have no chance anymore, but I'm pretty sure I will participate in the ICPC. I did participate in KOI (the korean OI) though.
