goodred's blog

I don't think it is only me who misses or fails to realize some external (non-cf) contests since they are either not shown on the home tab or their blog posts are wiped out from the recent actions tab. Moreover, to mitigate such an issue, authors or notifiers of such contests have to constantly (or at least some days before the contest) update or post a comment to reach out to more potential contestants,

Even though I found a website showing other types of contests, I do not think it includes contests that are not hosted on a platform regularly (i.e. some OI contests of a country, or some specific competitive programming contests).

Since Codeforces is the mainstream competitive programming website, I thought that a feature enabling people to see such contests somewhere other than the blogposts could be useful, since this could help more people (especially the ones not checking cf very often) to know what upcoming contests there are. This could be done over the calendar tab under a filter of "other" or "external" or "unofficial" (whatever, you name it) contests, or could be shown within a list under a tab.

In case there are better alternatives/solutions for anyone to be aware of such contests more easily, I would appreciate any suggestions over mine too.

Thanks!
