Hello Codeforces, its time to get some motivation. In the Hello 2023 contest many top coders like tourist and Benq have the same logic for the problem B as others at first. It means they approach the problem in a same way as we. Now the point is if their approach and our approach are being getting same than it means our rating are also going to be near to them. So be happy in the NEW YEAR 2023 and became Legendary Grandmaster.

It is not ok to do something like this. We all know they did not cheat. Please stop claiming accounts under their names and 'confessing' bad stuff.
In fact codeforces have a lot of top coders and if I begin to mention them all the list became to huge that I need to write a code in C++ that write 10^8 names in a second. And still the code will gonna take time greater than a minute.
Well according my knowledge there are only 58 Legendary grand masters on CF
It does not mean that only LGM is a top coder. We can come up with a problem that some LGM takes a half hour but IGM takes 15 minutes.

K then but there are 132674 users on Codeforces , so how its gonna take more than a minute
That is the number of active users not all the users.
By common sense, Only active users would be said top coders otherwise anyone can do problems by just copying
In history we have a lot top computer scientist and mathematician so, now you are saying that they are not good in maths and computer science. Actually now days we are copying those idea which was proposed by them.

The code is also going to check either it is a top coder or not and if its a cheater(like you) than how can it will be added to the list. Filtering the names also take time.
That's constant time so O(1)
We need to check the whole history of the user so you can't say its O(1)
