there's invitation, what is that?
Official representatives get invited. For example in mh country, the scientific commitee of the Informatics Olympiad receive the invite
From what I read on the site, there are two ways to participate to the contest:
Official
The hosts send invitations to different schools. For each invitation 2-4 students (born on/later than 1st of January 2007) will be selected by the teacher who has recived the invitation.
Unofficial
Starting on 9th of January, from 12:00 (GMT), you'll be able to register for the mirror of the contest
I want to get medal.it is not possible to get medal with unofficial participant.
your country should receive invitation. the invitations are sent by the organizers
