I think Codeforces should add a limit to the code size, like if a problem's solution doesn't seem like it needs 100 lines of code, why would someone make a 150 lines solution? And only hard problems' solutions can have a big -but logical- size.

Hmm, you right. Maybe having a limit for characters that are in comments will help? most CP'ers don't put that much comments in their code.

The only reason he is cheating is probably because he want to fill up his resume by cool stuff. Must be a college student. A guy who does a job wouldn't pull such stupid shit.
