I alone doing CP more than 18 months , no improving find, if someone or some team guide me to boost my logic building strategy.

You are delusional, You basically solved 565 problems on CF in 18 months, you dont have any consistency when I had nearly same problem count as you I had the same rating as you

seems like you struggle in constructive/adhoc problems in contest time , What I would suggest is do a bunch of virtual contests and get used to them , dont give up when you spent 50 mins on A or B , try to solve it in virtual contest time after the contest look at the editorial and as you do this you should get better at those types of problems and you should consistently get ABC in real contests
