Will the Palestinian team make it to the IOI?

Hello Codeforces,

I'm a member of the Palestinian IOI 2023 team. For every contest outside Palestine, we always face problems finding a sponsor to cover the travel expenses, we had many chances to participate in different international and regional contests like ACPC Teens, IIOT, AFPC, EGOI, IOI, and more. This year as well, it seems that we won’t be able to have a sponsor, so we are crowdfunding.

The Palestinian team has many uprising talents. Making it to the IOI would at least give such talents the hope and the meaning behind doing the competitive programming competitions. It would be really sad to see such talents buried in the beginning of their journey.
