All you need to do to become cm is to solve 1800-2100 problems during the contest, so just practice solving problems from this range. To become a master, it is enough to be able to solve 1900-2200 problems, just very fast. Also, if you want to be more consistent, work on div2 A-C problems just to avoid tripping on them.
I said problems too many times...
