As you can see in my profile, my contest rating is 2112, but it's shown that my max rating is 2074. Is it a bug only for me or all the users in codeforces have this problem? I'm really confused about that.

The Ratings have been rolled back. If you go to ur contest page, u will see some of ur past contests are showing unrated.
last 4 rated contest (from div2 914) are being retested (or something like this), you can see the rating changes for these contests are gone. It'll be added in a while.
