Hi everybody .... after along long time i get Specialist and that also amazing but i ask my self if I can get expert too so I search how to be expert ... can you help me pleassee ??

Just do some more exercises on problem of 1500-1900. Think for about 20 mins, and if you do not have the solution, look the editorial.

How to train (I am parroting what Colin says in his video):

  • don't burn yourself out
  • practice in a challenging, but fun way
  • value learning essential topics to your rating, over everything else
  • there are many optional topics, like game theory. You can freely decide if you want to learn them or do other stuff
  • solve random problems around and above your rating (between 0 and 500 ABOVE your rating)
  • try to improve your skill rather than your rating and don't get discouraged by short-term fluctuations. Skill changes take month to be seen in your rating-graph
  • roadmaps don't work because they are not personalized. But feel free to use them to build your own plan.
  • Mix stuff up and make sure you don't force yourself into doing stuff you hate
  • don't learn useless algorithms. Rather go solve random problems

      I believe it depends on your rating.

      If you are solving problems as a newbie, it will commonly happen that you cannot solve the problem, because it expects you to know certain datastructures or functions. The more likely it is that you are missing core information, the more often you should read them.

      As a newbie, I would even go so far as to try to find problems with Editorials. Either read them if you are stuck for more than 10-30 Minutes or after you solved the problem. Also, feel free to do it any other way.

      Editorials are a great way of learning about essential topics.

If you only want to be an Expert:

In codeforces,speed is very important.Performance between accepted 3 problems fast and accepted 3 problems slowly sometimes may very huge.So you can try to do some more exercises on problem of 1400-1800 in 30 minutes.

If you want to improve higher:

I think you'd better stop learning useless algorithms,learn how to use binary search,dp and a lot of useful algorithms.
