Why would you downvote this blog?
Teaching is not an easy thing. Finding a person that is willing to help the ones he can is a really rare thing, especially if it is free of charge! Really often it gets extremely frustrating in the process of getting another to learn due to natural reasons like not being able to understand an algorithm even though it was explained for multiple times, some children not being able to concentrate for prolonged periods of time, etc.
