It seems, that a lot of people are trying to take part in COOK47, so the servers are overloaded. But Codechef Team is working now to resolve the problems. Sorry for inconvenience.
Oh, i thought "many guys will be watching football instead of Codechef, so it will be easier to get high result..." Seems that i was wrong.

yes, and preferably not at the regular time of 2130 IST (due to FIFA World Cup, ofcourse ;))
By some lucky chance, the statement of one of the problems (FLAGS) loaded for me (after many retrials), so maybe the same happened to other people (possibly with other problems). So in case you're postponing the contest for some other day you might have to change the problemset, too.

I just saw that several users have already solved FLAGS problem.
