Hello Codeforces!

I come to you looking for help, you see me and my teammates want to practice together in preparation for the ICPC, but a problem I believe we have is which contests to choose as practice as we are not very good.

We like the long duration format, but for example we tried participating in the 2024 ICPC Asia Pacific Championship - Online Mirror (Unrated, Online Mirror, ICPC Rules, Teams Preferred), but didn't manage to solve much problems (We could've solved 3 at most probably) so it's not that enojoyable to be stuck for a couple hours without being able to solve a single thing.

I'd very much appreciate contest suggestions you think would make up for a good practice session and any other tips you can give me.
