Submissions stuck in Queue.

Anyone else having this issue?

Everyone does. Its been around for almost an hour (started at 15:16 UTC).

The only thing i know so far is that it affects all of the submissions exactly after 15:16 UTC. So probably judges went down

Im trying to find the cause, but its very unlikely that its something a user can find out about, really.

If anyone wants to help, you can look-up random contests and go to Status page. See if there is any submissions that are being judged right now. But i should tell you, that there is probably none and this scenario is very unlikely.

    The API was working slow, i didn't find any suspicios submissions. I did find submissions that were being judged, they are normal. The tests very running very slowly though. I guess Codeforces is just being Delayforces.
