Is it just Me who thinks that BledDest problems are pure bullshit and shouldn't be qualified for educational rounds? Like think about it, His problems are always solved with a combination of tools and techniques that if u never heard about any of them before, u gonna have a hard time during the contest, the problems should be educational, not Put a range of ideas and tools together to solve them, Almost all of his problems require a technique(which almost no div3 or div4 user can conclude, and many div2 users if not seen that will have a hard time), or just pure bullshit with no beauty, Like man have some beautiful problems, something that a average person can conclude if not seen before
I thought that was the point of educational rounds, to learn to be able to use techniques and algs that you wouldn't be able to use on problems like game theory.
It is, but the techniques should be the techniques an average div2 user can come up with within a reasonable time. not something that takes the most brilliant mind to come up with in 10 minutes
Could you send a link to a specific problem? I don't think there are any unreasonably advanced algs needed for questions <= div2D
1187D - Subarray Sorting
Isn't this a pretty standard data structures problem?
I never said the problems aren't standard, I said that they need things that are advanced for a div2 user
By standard I mean standard for div2, in terms of difficulty and topic.
Div2 is something an avg expert should be able to solve, which shouldn't force the use of segment tree
Experts know segtree
I disagree, maybe one expert will, but more than half wont
I loved some of the edu problems
Bro, You're over exaggerating the problem, Yes there were some occasions that had this problem, but they weren't unsolvable by an average div2 user, and the number of them is limited pretty well
