IDE at ACM ICPC World Finals

Would like to know what teams used at the finals. I've never used vim / emacs, used Eclipse only for Java.

I wasn't a contestant, but according to this page, they can use vi/vim, gvim, emacs, gedit, or if they want a full-blown IDE they can use Eclipse (with the CDT plugin if they're coding in C/C++).
