Yesterday's contest was educational, so it technically ended like 3 hours ago as well, because there is a hacking phase for 12 hours + system testing. I'd say 3 hours is faster than the average rating update time, so there is nothing unusual.
According to my observation ratting will be update by tonight around 12:00AM (IST)
