I need help to reach expert. Can you tell me what algorithms, data structures should I learn?. Please help me to reach expert.

Data structures:heap, binary search tree, segment tree, monotone queue, sparse table

But data structures are seldom used in div2 A,B,C.

I did challenge to myself.I want to be candidate master but not becomming expert(forever not going to expert interval rating).In other word if my current rating is x(x<1600) in one contest I want to y(y>1899) rating.What should I do?What strategy should I follow?
