These cheaters deserve special mention as they converted the language of the copied code to save themselves from plagiarism detection. Someone of them even Changed language 3-4 times in a single contest. Hopefully we found them cheated by their codes.

Them cheetos got me in this round. But to be fair it's my fault as I should have been able to solve D (upsolved easily shortly after contest) but somehow ran out of time so ended up with only the bare minimum ABC which is the minimum I consider acceptable for my current low level, so while obv them cheetos probably affected my rank a little bit, I'm more upset with the fact I failed to complete D in during contest as it was a problem that was definitely within my reach. Must do better next time.
yeah thats what happened with me i could have easily solved e but as i got stuck on d for long time that has effected my rating. Well i really feel that due to these cheaters even after solving three problems in div2 and 4-5 problems in div 3 it has become difficult to become a specialist.

The way these people expose cheaters is by picking random Indian accounts. Unfortunately, this only works 70% of the time.
We don't do anything randomly. We have a dedicated Cheat Patrol server with 100+ members and a team of 5-6 members who have gone through each suspicious code manually. We get cheaters reported on our server and we verify them before making it public. False positives do happen, but in microscopic amount. We apologies for that.
Anyways, your generalization and racist remark about Indians is seriously intolerable. It would be better if you apologize for your racist comment. Stereotyping any group, especially based on nationality, is hurtful and untrue.

Let's say $$$dis[i]$$$ is the minimum number of swims you need to get to $$$i$$$ from 0. Then if you are on Land, you will try to go one of the next $$$m$$$ positions without an extra swim, and if you are in Water, you will try to go the next position with one swim, so it becomes a weighted graph with some edges being 1 and some being 0, thus you can do BFS 0-1.
Another thing I am seeing that a lot of cheaters are bypassing plagiarism checker by converting their code into different languages, some of them even forgot to remove the lines generated by llms. You should address it specifically so that they got caught. I have almost never seen a programmer in contest submitting solutions via different languages, it's 99.99% sure that the cheaters do this to bypass the checker.

My solution which was accepted was accepted after the contest. Before it I got MLE and TLE both. So my name should be removed as I constructed the soultion and later optimized it after the contest
U were reported by someone in the discord server. Sorry I should had cross checked before putting your name there.
The MLE and TLE codes u submitted looks copied and exact same as others tho
But I honestly tried them on my own with the basic knowledge of graphs I have. Thats why when I used a matrix and recieved a MLE I tried using sets to store the pair to remove multiple occurences but then it gave TLE and then I tried after the contest to optimize it.
Just a quick thought — As most of the cheaters have to leave site and ide for cheating.
I thought it would be good if Contest window non exitable — like you have to keep it open for session and type in an ide (not just a text one but with some access to template and presaved content)
I know it's a lot to ask at once but if done correctly I think it would do more good than bad.

It's very difficult to implement, it can be counted as a malware, and it's very easy to dodge for cheaters. Even if the system is flawless, people have phones.
I am not saying that it will go away. But I think most of the new cheater influx is of people who copy paste solution into ai into codeforces. Even if they have phones or seperate laptops, it actually helps to reduce noob cheaters.
Actually, it's not a new idea many of the contests on some platforms like gfg and (I forgot the second one) actually have this feature- just without templates.
contest_exposer On which basis you are accusing me of cheating ? Just because I was trying till the contest end and successfully submitted the solution in last 5 minutes. If you look at my previous contest I was able to solve at least 3 problems on Div 2, and after a lot of trying and debugging I was finally able to solve E problem on Div 3 so you are accusing me of cheating. And my solution is unique and I came up with it after lot of effort. I am strictly against the cheating. I think you was provided with extra time for writing comments during contests and also in your other solutions in same contest. There is some commented function but at the time of e problem you realised why to keep let's remove it

One of the purpose of doing cp is coming up with the logic ourselves, by which we will solve the problems. If everyone uses gpt then isn't it boils down to finding solutions instead of developing solutions?
Even for implementation part, we are supposed to come it up with ourselves except for some algorithm templates. If gpt does the core implementation part for us(i know it's not the whole solution) still we are supposed to do it ourselves, am I wrong?
Only usage of standard algorithms template should be allowed. Except that chatgpt should be banned using during contests.
Agreed with your first two points and these are ideals but we know its not possible to freeze platforms like open AI for 3 hours each week, like who will pay for their loss then? its practical right, I think people should come to consensus OR if codeforces comes up with boundaries of utilizing platforms like chatGPT during contests depending on its current abilities. Everything apart from this is merely tiring and unreliable process.

Why would I be racist against Indians when I am myself an Indian . I am just doing this so that we can save CP culture in India and all across the world. It's not me who specifically picked Indians but unfortunately the reality is (however sad it makes me feel) that most of the cheaters are Indians. Reason being people correlating CP with good job here.

Many have cheated in E too but its hard to catch. For D its really easy to catch them as 99% of the BFS codes are copied ones.

There is no point in catching the mastermind, as he can always create a new account/channel/group.
Also, almost all the cheaters are grey or green. There is no point in exposing them as they don't matter to serious users in the CF community. Just push till you are at least blue, and the cheaters will always be below you in ranking
