    I believe ARCs and AGCs are announced by Maroonrk, while ABCs are announced by atcoder_official

Score distribution be like:

A: problem I can actually solve in 3 hours

B and C: problem I can only upsolve after editorial is published

D: problem that I wouldn't be able to solve even with a help of editorial

E: Stanford-level PhD research
