So you essentially — cheated on multiple rounds, then ADMITTED to cheating on multiple rounds, did a screencast to prove your innocence, and then showed yourself texting your mates on Discord telling each other information about how you solved certain problems? It seems you've learnt nothing, and I hope all of your accounts get banned.

And for the record, this contest is not "ABC speedforces", D was no harder than C.

    exactly what i was wondering. he shows himself discussing in discord even though the contest is still running and then even posts the screencast to prove his innocence, the audacity
