    no at all 3 per week needed atleast because no all contests are fair enough. There are ones where B and C level difference is so high that it basically just becomes speedforces and we get a lot of -ve change. More contests fix the average. Also, less contests = more cheaters per contests so your rating will be ruined

It is not always all contests. Sometimes it can be updated, for example, on 25-th August there will appear contest on 31-th August. Of cource, it might not happend, because it is hard to make contest which is why not everyone are making one. It happend already on codeforces some number of times, but it is really rarely. Also, I don't know why you ask this. I mean, you have been doing like 3 contests and last was almost two month ago.

Some contests may be held in between. I am the author of the contest on the 14th. We planned to schedule it for the 31st, but my friend, who is the other author, is flying to the IOI, so we scheduled it one month in advance. There's still time for other authors to host their contests in between though.

I remember that I only saw Educational Codeforces Round 169 2 days before it took place. It's possible that a contest on Aug 31st will only become publicly viewable on the 29th of August.

In my opinion there should be around 3 contests each week, and if this is a bit hectic then out of the 4 weeks of a month , 1 or two week should only have 2 contests just to relax things out. But honestly there should be around 10 -12 contests each month, bcz it adds a new thrill to life, a new dimension to think about while the teacher is teaching something in the class and to imagine yourself solving 3-4 tasks in div 2 gives a lot of dopamine which I really really need in that boring lecture.
