Is the amount of money that div 4 authors takes related with the number of participants in their rounds or it is just a fixed number regardless the number of participants?

I know for Div 2s, Div 1s, Div 1s+Div 2s, the amount of money is fixed. I assume this would be the case for Div 3s and Div 4s. However I have not seen a blog that discloses the exact amount of money recieved.
