I see that TopCoder is getting better in hiding its own events. Firstly, stopping of sending reminders (even for TCO) and now organizing event which is not even on calendar and informations are nowhere to be found xd.
I just asked an admin. Officially, the event is supposed to be private; however, they have no plans to stop additional participants from partaking the contest.
This contest is open for everybody, but it seems to be unrated.
Oops, there was a contest out of schedule?
