The recent contest often have strange time, what's the reason?

The old time of the next contest(9:05 at UTC+9) is good for me, why changed again?

The strange time will make our Asiatics can't do the contest. If you want me to get up at 4:35A.M for a contest? And chinese people to get up at 3:35 A.M for a contest?

14:35(UTC) is fit for most of people in the world(at least it's not too late), why change it often?

Please pardon my poor English.

Changing contest time has multiple reasons, maybe it is for the writter to monitor better, maybe it is for Codeforces to test effects caused by contest change, however, as a participant, I can only choose to participate or not. Anyway, I do think making most contests to 14:35(UTC) is perfect, but time won't be the reason to drop——I'll still get up early to take part in. Codeforces is a platform for global users, its contest time shouldn't be friendly to only certain regions, so, I hope codeforces's changing-time attempt will make users all around the world have the chance to take part in the contests in their convinient time. Hope codeforces better!

It is a great time for many people but you've to think about the writers at first. Imagine Monitoring a contest at 3:00 AM. These are International Contests, so there will be some time issues always. So, just try your best. Cause there's nothing else to do. If CodeForces make a rule that different peoples from different timezones can attend the contest according to their timezone. Then that would be the best possible solution. But for now, we've nothing to do.
