Why do two submissions with same problem, same code and the same compiler, one gets accepted and the other gets TLE on test case 63? Here are the links: this is code with Accepted https://mirror.codeforces.com/contest/230/submission/283925034 and this with tle https://mirror.codeforces.com/contest/230/submission/287099162 I need a logical explanation.
