Why I'm still getting positive rating changes even I got the last place for yesterday's contest?

At in the rank list, I am getting the last place in all trusted players. But when I wake up this morning, I was angry finding myself gained +2 rating points.

Where's the problem and what should I do to avoid this?

participate in contests w/ 20k people instead, maybe 30k-40k+ registrants.

try waiting for div3 and div4 rounds. Div 4 rounds usually have like 40k participants so you will lose more rating
