What type of contest is this ?

"Refact.ai" is a programme.Based on this,I guess that:

  1. It's a simple sponsered contest;
  2. Contest used to test if the programme works;
  3. AI-proposed contest;
  4. Unrated contest that allows this type of AI in order to publicize the programme.

That may not right,please wait for announcement to explain.
