Let's allow some problem proposals , for some trusted participants (who didn't get master after giving $$$x$$$ fair rated contests)
How is Codeforces gonna trust you, with the ratings of 20000+ users at stake, that you're not gonna just leak the solutions to your friends?
Codeforces doesn't need an influx of div2As and div2Bs. It needs div2Es, div2Fs, div1Es and div1Fs, and it's a lot harder to generate them compared to a run-of-the-mill div2B.
