how do you guys write bruteforce codes?

i've always just submitted and pray it works, but it no longer works so well now that im a cm, so i would like some advice on this (maybe some kinda template, etc...), especially for interactive problems, thank you!

Are you praying to Jesus Christ? It works best when you do that.
