A and C are nice unique tasks. B is nice as well, but I don't like the fact that it requires us to essentially know (or derive) Prefix Sum of Binomial.

Agree. At the end of the derivation, I cannot solve the following problem under the constraint of $$$n=10^7$$$:
for $$$z=1,2...,n-1$$$, calculate $$$\sum_{i=l}^r C(z,i)$$$.
