When I opened CF today, I noticed that I had five unread messages:
Similar messages keep coming in a row of 4 days. I have no idea what I did. May I ask how to report these users to ban their IP or so? I believe they come from the same person, because after I blacklisted the previous people, a new account will be created to continue sending these messages.

I think one viable solution is to make only >= Pupil or so be able to chat you

No, everything will be fine. I have this setting on and I received messages from System without any problems
This is more or less because codeforces sells itself as a kind of social media site however, there's no protection against these kind of things like other sites.
Seeing this stuff is utterly disgusting imo because it allows shitheads to do what they want anonymously.
I believe it's that the CF folks needs somehow to have some model in place to figure out those messages and put protection protocols in place
